Lawrence is the President and Executive VP of Boys Lacrosse at NXT. In 2017, he took on the role of Team Scotland’s Defensive Coordinator for the 2018 World Games.

He coached in the college ranks for a total of eighteen years, with twelve as the head coach of the Hartford Hawks. During his time with the Hawks, Peter was named Division I New England Coach of the Year (2011), America East Champions (2011, 2016), and NCAA tournament participants.

He was a two-time All-American and ODAC Player of the Year at Roanoke and was inducted into its Hall of Fame. Lawrence was also drafted by Bridgeport Barrage.

Currently plays for GMH lacrosse club and Graph-Tex, Winner of 7 Placid titles.

Kate Henwood serves as Executive Vice President of NXT Girls Lacrosse.

A middle school social studies teacher turned DI head lacrosse coach, Henwood leapt into the youth sports industry in 2015 to establish the NXT girls lacrosse business and never looked back. Over the past 9 years, she has built an impressive team that now operates a best-in-class $4.5m girls lacrosse portfolio. Event sales, management and business strategy have been her primary focuses as of late.

She resides in Plymouth Meeting with her fiancé, Lexie Gerson, and their beloved yorkie mix, Jumper.

Candace Taglianetti Bossell is a former 2 sport athlete, field hockey and lacrosse at The Ohio State University.  A Former decade-long DI Head Coach, who also launched the program at Notre Dame College (4 seasons) while earning her Masters degree in Sports Management at Kent State University. Bossell leaves La Salle as the All-Time Winningest Coach in program history.

Growing up in Villanova, PA, Jessi attended Radnor High School where she played soccer, basketball, and lacrosse. She was a 4-year starter at Penn State University from 2004 – 2008 where she was an IWLCA All-American and 3x Tewaaraton preseason watch list. She was a member of the US National Team from 2006-2009. Following college, Jessi was the assistant coach at DII Lock Haven University for 2 years and then the assistant coach at DI La Salle University with current colleague, Candace Bossell. Martin stepped away from collegiate coaching after having her son and worked in team sales at Longstreth Sporting Goods. Following the birth of her daughter, Martin continued coaching as the assistant coach at Radnor High School and STEPS Philly.
