GEN NXT is designed for girls ages 6-10. These players are ready to take their skills beyond township or entry level programs, they crave a team dynamic; but maybe are not quite ready to join a club. "GEN NXT" aims to teach the fundamentals of lacrosse, by incorporating live play in a small group setting. Each session over five week period, we will focus on small sided drills, and work through competitive concepts while receiving a lot of personal attention with a 10-1 ratio.
There are no barriers to the learning process for GEN NXT'ers, bring any stick in your closet, pack your goggles and mouthguard and let's hit the field! Our Director is a former Collegiate Head Coach, and she will bring a team of energetic NXT LC superstars and coaches to round out the all-star staff and inspire the “NXT Generation”.
Play Fast Training is NXT’s fundamental-level program for girls ages 8-10 who want to fine-tune their skills and elevate their game. Our professional, high-level coaches work directly with players through our carefully-designed Play Fast curriculum to challenge all skill levels.
Play Fast is designed to maximize quality reps, which is why there’s an 8-to-1 player-to-coach ratio. Players go through five (one-hour) sessions of fast-paced, high-energy drills, short lines, and lots of small-sided games!
